Words cannot express how truly grateful I am for the opportunity of participating in the Criminon Communication Course.
It has transformed my life.
The way I express myself verbally has changed. I am a much better effective speaker. I get my point [across] without being misunderstood.
The most important thing is today I am a better listener. I can hear and understand what a person is attempting to communicate.
I can actually be there for someone without putting my own views and biases in during the communication process.
