CRIMINON means “no-crime” and is an Evidence-Based Intervention that creates safer communities through its education curricula for offenders. CRIMINON International, a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, is the management body for the network of CRIMINON chapters and offices in over 20 countries that services over 11,000 offenders weekly.

The fundamental principle that underlies the CRIMINON approach in methodology is the restoration of the individual’s self-respect and common sense values to avoid relapse into anti-social behavior.

The CRIMINON curricula are based on the research discoveries of L. Ron Hubbard in the field of criminal rehabilitation and reform. Mr. Hubbard had personal experience in law enforcement, walking the “beat” as a Special Officer in the Los Angeles Police Department in 1948. The foundation for his criminal rehabilitation work began as early as 1952, when he initiated a program for juveniles who had committed minor crimes.

L. Ron Hubbard, author and humanitarian, dedicated his life to helping others, and his works additionally cover such diverse subjects as education, drug rehabilitation and many other aspects of life.
